We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The staff, especially Ruben in customer relations, were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a short distance away.

Impeccable opening weekend, great food, high quality, delicious homemade desserts. Provided cots for children, room upgrade with pool view. Spacious, spotless rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, beach and supermarket within walking distance. Excellent facilities for children, many nearby restaurants and cafes. Attentive and friendly staff, quick service. Complimentary surprise for husband's birthday.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the edge of the area, allowing for easy access to a nice local beach in just 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious and clean, with double balconies providing a pleasant view. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to help.
The entertainment options at the hotel can be repetitive at times.

We had a lovely first family holiday at this luxurious hotel. The place was spotless and the pools and gardens were impeccably maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to fulfill any special requests we had. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the beach, supermarkets, and other amenities. The entertainment staff did a fantastic job keeping the kids entertained, allowing us parents to truly relax.
The pool was initially quite cold, which was a bit of a challenge with a small baby. However, it eventually warmed up and became enjoyable.
